ADP Lamination Ink
Our 03-4000 series ADP Lamination ink is designed for use under a
wide variety of printing applications. This ink is generally used to print polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester
substrates, which are to be adhesive laminated to another layer of film. Currently, most converters are laminating
using a two-package, solvent less adhesive, and lamination process. However, this ink has also been applied then laminated
with water based, or catalyzed adhesive processes. In any case, CAI suggests that the ink be sufficiently tested before
using any significant quantity. This ink system produces very good bond strengths, and has also been used in security
applications where strong bonds to hot melt adhesive are required. This ink system has little or no compatibility with other
ink systems, and we do not suggest blending other inks with this system. This system can be thinned with blends of
Npropanol, and VM+P naptha (90/10), and has also been run successfully using Npropanol/Npropyl acetate (90/10). This ink does
not print fine plate screens with high screen count anilox rolls well, and is therefore not suggested for process and
screen printing. Colors in this system are somewhat limited, but most base colors are available. The following are a list of
the base colors currently available in this ink system.
ADP LAM VARNISH ADP LAM WHITE ADP LAM CYAN BLUE
ADP LAM DIARYLIDE YELLOW ADP LAM MEDIUM NAPTHOL RED ADP LAM CLARION RED ADP LAM CYAN GREEN ADP LAM HR YELLOW

*** CAI suggests under all applications ink,
substrates, and adhesive are thoroughly tested for compatibility and bond strengths. CAI makes no guarantee as to the
performance of these inks, due to lack of direct control of any printer/converters processes, and handling. We do ask that
