Process Inks
Solvent-Based Process  Ink Series Data Sheet
These inks have been designed primarily for process and  tone work. They are being used on a daily basis primarily to print process jobs  on various types of films. When used properly, these inks will produce strong,  dense colors using low volume anilox rolls, while at the same time, maintaining  clean, crisp printing on fine screen printing plates. These inks have excellent  gloss and heat resistance (300-400 degrees F) for Yellow, Blue and Magenta and  (275 F) for black.

Typical products being produced with these inks are as  follows:

Boutique Bags
Frozen Food Bags
Promotional Bags for  Cosmetics, Clothing, Etc.

Surface Process Inks:

Thermoplast  Process Yellow
Thermoplast Process Magenta
Thermoplast Process  Blue
Deltaflex Process Black
Thermoplast Process Extender  Varnish

Laminating Process Inks:

Thermoplast Process Lam  Yellow
Thermoplast Process Lam Magenta
Thermoplast Process Lam Cyan  Blue
Deltaflex Process Lam Black

Recommended thinner blends for  running these inks are 80/20 Normal Propanol/ Npropyl Acetate, and drying can be  slowed further by adding 5% Ektasolve EP.

*** Note all material to be  printed should be tested for adhesion prior to printing.
