Water Based Ink
These inks are used to print numerous types
of Poly olefins (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester) as well as foil and paper stocks. These inks have good gloss, flexibility, and adhesion.
This ink system is being used on a daily basis to print some of the following items;
Bakery Bags Produce Bags
Garment Bags Retail Bags
Boutique Bags T-Shirt Bags
Tissue Overwrap Sample Bags(for newspaper)
Coffee Pouches
These inks inherently have good heat resistance,
and have been used to print poly-olefins which will be heat sealed in the printed area, such as coffee pouches, and side sealed polyethylene
pouches.
These inks can be thinned with 100% water, or a blend of up to 80%/20% water to alcohol generally Isopropyl alcohol. The pH of these inks
can be maintained using ammonium hydroxide solutions.
WATER BASED GIFT WRAP INK FOR COATED PAPER STOCKS
These inks are used to
print numerous coated and uncoated paper stocks. They have good strength and gloss, and run very clean with little or no maintenance. This ink
system is extremely versatile and has been used on CI presses running 1000 ft/min, as well as older stack presses printing at 150 ft/min. They have
been used on a daily basis to print some of the following items:
Folding Cartons Gift Boxes
Gift Wrap Paper Takeout food containers
Tissue Paper Paper Plates
Shoe Boxes
These inks inherently have good rub resistance, and have been overprinted with many water based and
UV varnishes to get different effects or resistance properties. These inks are available in numerous colors as well as lightfast colors for boxes
to be used in store window displays.
WATER BASED 07-4000 INKS FOR UNCOATED PAPER STOCKS
These inks are used to print numerous
uncoated paper stocks. They have good strength, economy, and run very clean with little or no maintenance. This ink system is extremely versatile.
They have been used on a daily basis to print some of the following items:
Folding Cartons Paper Sacks
Corrugated Containers Paper tray food containers
Tissue Paper Potato Bags
Shoe Boxes
These inks inherently have good rub resistance,
color strength, and carry-up. They are designed to be used where economy is important, and are available in numerous colors as well as lightfast
colors for boxes to be used in store window displays.
These inks are generally thinned with 100% water, and The pH can be maintained using
ammonium hydroxide solutions, or other amines such as MEA, DMEA, Morpholine, or AMP-95. However, when using slower amines care should be taken that
no residual amine is retained in the printed material.
WATER BASED 07-4500 INKS FOR PAPER ENVELOPES
This ink system is designed
to print paper envelopes. They have good strength, economy, non-curl, and run very clean with little or no maintenance. They have been used to
print other paper items such as potato bags, and can be used to print other paper products. These inks are generally thinned with 100% water, and
the pH can be maintained using ammonim hydroxide solutions, or other amines such as MEA, DMEA, Morpholine, or AMP-95. However, when using slower amines
care should be taken that no residual amine is retained in the printed material.
WATER BASED OVERPRINT VARNISHES
